I Evolved From Last Year! New Updates!
What to do with AI in 2026 and how it’s different from 2025
Welcome to 2026!
Happy New Year! if you celebrate in years, but if not Happy New Cycle! upcoming and past. 🥳 As I mentioned before in My Predictions for AI in 2026, I want to make things more fun & transformational for building AI Confidence in this publication, for both readers, listeners and me—the creator.
Here’s what I’m cooking…
My 2025 Publication Reflections
As 2025 came to an end, I sat in my office going through my list of reflections and asked myself: “How can we both enjoy this publication more?” For the tireless amount of time put into creating the content and you’re precious minutes consuming it.
If you’ve never tried to be a creator—writing, editing videos, researching, building posts—it’s hard to explain in detail, how much preparation goes into it.
But when it’s done, every creator wants their work to be right, resonate, and reach the right people.
It’s chasing the feeling of being proud of what you put out.
And when it doesn’t land… it hurts. A lot.
Every day in my household, we encounter this emotional roller coster.
My family pour themselves into their creative work:
Digital Art, Painting—starting with the canvas, then outlines, then deep details.
Dancing choreograph, jewelry making and Crocheting—modifying patterns stitch by stitch with focused patience.
Creator Tools—Cricut, Glow-forge, and many sewing machines for custom bags, clothes—by carefully shaping every angle and seam.
They’re all proud when it’s finished, ready to share.
Watching them reminded me that every creator wants two things:
To enjoy the process
To see the person(s) receiving the work light up.
That’s what I want here too.
So I decided to design a format that lets me create with joy and hopefully let you feel that same little win when something clicks, when you learn something new, when it helps your work or your thinking.
The Fun in Building AI Confidence
Here’s what that looks like going forward.
I’m introducing Monthly Themes.
Each month, I’ll focus deeply on one topic, writing at least couple articles—trying my best to stay on that theme—uh, I might go beyond that, if the discussion calls for it.
At the end of the month, I’ll look back at what resonated and decide whether to go deeper or if we need to shift direction.
The goal is simple:
Help non-technical professionals and small business owners learn just enough AI to leverage it, not become AI experts, but with a strong focus on being effective.
Along the way, I want to keep it educational and fun.
That means things like:
Offline reading: PDFs of articles
Short videos and deeper long-form conversations with friends
Workshops and webinars
Custom workflows
Office hours
First looks at new tools or articles—if it’s actually user friendly
Group invites and small discussions
1-on-1 chats where you can pick my brain
These are just more options.
You can still just read the emails and go about your day.
But if you do want to engage, I want there to be something meaningful waiting for you.
I’ll also track engagement during each theme and highlight weekly engagement winners.
For the people who consistently show up, share feedback, and help shape where this experimental idea goes.
It’s Fine, Why Are You Doing This?
Like any goal, to improve workflows and what is delivered, I have to look at data:
I have to inspect what works
I have to ask questions
I have to test ideas that might fail—for growth
That’s uncomfortable, however I think it’s extremely necessary.
I don’t want this to turn into just another AI publication with a paid wall or money-first system.
You subscribed and that gives me a responsibility to provide real value.
This is my way of giving back, while still learning how to make the publication better.
So I’m experimenting with simple, playful ideas:
Theme progression levels that unlock opportunities
Insight Points for engagement, it’s just a fun way to track participation
Acceleration Credits for deeper dives, workflows, and playbooks we create
No pressure
No requirement
Just something extra if you choose to engage.
If you win something, I’ll email you.
If not, we reset next month and keep going.
This is a learning process for me too.
Let’s Explore
With that out of the way 😅
This is how things will start in this month.
Our first theme will be:
“Reflections: What to do with AI in 2026 and how it’s different from 2025”
We’re already seeing companies pull back, realizing they may have moved too fast.
At the same time, AI startups keep pushing forward.
Governance is starting to matter more, because now we can see real impact from rushed AI adoption.
The upcoming articles will explore those angles, starting with AI Productivity.
If you have ideas, questions, or topics you’d love me to dig into, send them.
I’d genuinely love to explore them with you.
Thanks for being here.
Let’s make this next chapter more fun and more useful
together.

I like the strategy and I'm confident you'll get traction eventually. Just continue to have fun and create content you're seeing is valuable to us non-techies.
